HOW TO GET SENSITIVE TEETH WHITE
A question I often get is "How do you get your teeth so white"? My answer; "I was blessed with white teeth, jk!" A long time ago in high school I decided to use whitening strips, although it did help whiten my teeth, it was a horrible experience! It caused extreme tooth sensitivity, tasted disgusting, and the product went everywhere in my mouth because the standard teeth mold was too big.

In the package it included teeth whitening gel & desensitizing gel. I put a small amount of the teeth whitening gel in the tray, then I dried my teeth, & placed the tray in my mouth. Super Easy! At first I was extremely nervous because I have very sensitive teeth & my previous experience low key scarred me. The instructions also say that if you have sensitive teeth, you can put coconut oil or Vaseline on your gum to help prevent sensitivity; it also said you can skip days, & recommends you use it for 45 minutes at first instead of 2 hours. I was cautious and only did the whitening for 45 minutes each session.

I was so excited to see the results! Little by little I noticed my smile getting brighter, like after 2 tries! Thankfully, my teeth had no sensitivity! I was SHOOK! (I also will restate that I took the steps that they recommended and it helped). The product does have a distinct taste, but not an unbearable gag taste as the grocery store whitening strips have. Overall, It is quality whitening without the huge expense of going to the dentist. I love that I could whiten my teeth at home while watching TV, reading, scrolling through social media, spending time with family, etc.
